Amar Bedi is an actor from Cincinnati, Ohio, currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at George Washington University Law School. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Amar consistently earned Dean’s List honors while balancing academics with a growing career in the entertainment industry.

Amar has dedicated himself to the craft of acting, training with industry professionals including CSA Casting Director Wendy Kurtzman through UCLA’s Summer Discovery Program and studying performance through Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). Drawing from his Indian American heritage and diverse life experiences, he is passionate about portraying authentic, compelling characters that resonate with audiences from all backgrounds.

Professionally, Amar has worked with Curiosity Entertainment in Los Angeles, contributing to a variety of film, television, and media projects while continuing to pursue opportunities in front of the camera. His work has earned him experience both on set and behind the scenes, providing a unique understanding of the entertainment industry from multiple perspectives.

Beyond acting, Amar is also a writer. In 2025, he was selected as one of only eight writers for the prestigious Nostos Screenwriting Retreat led by filmmaker Shruti Ganguly, where he further developed his skills as a storyteller and creative artist.
